Ego Universe is an early access action game that blends fast-paced battlegrounds with a mod-friendly experience. Gameplay

In Ego Universe, you move through a series of combat-focused stages and take on groups of enemies in close-quarters encounters. The default difficulty pushes you to manage incoming attacks, but the damage multiplier lets you shorten fights dramatically when you want a more relaxed session. God Mode removes most threats, allowing you to explore the map or test different attack patterns without worrying about health bars.

Visuals & Experience

The game uses a cosmic sci-fi presentation with bright ability effects and a clean HUD, which helps you keep track of objectives during messy fights. Controls are built for touch input, with virtual movement on the left and attack actions on the right, so the transition from menu to battle feels immediate. The interface is straightforward: toggle the mod menu, select your desired multiplier, and jump back into the action.

Because it is an early access release, Ego Universe still has room for tuning in both balance and performance. The mod menu gives you flexibility in the meantime, letting you handle tough segments by reducing enemy danger through God Mode or breaking through barriers with boosted damage.
