After downloading TouchNote, you choose a sending plan or pay per individual card. Then you pick a design, add your photo, customize with filters, stickers, maps, or text, and optionally include a small gift. Orders are printed and shipped within an hour on workdays, and you can track progress in your account history. Delivery times vary by region, typically 1–3 working days in the UK, 4–7 in the US, and 5–10 for the rest of the world. However, there is no express delivery option, so if you need a card to arrive quickly, this may not be the best choice. Also, international shipping can sometimes be delayed beyond the estimated window, especially during holidays.

Pricing and Membership Realities

TouchNote offers a monthly membership with credits that roll over, but if you only send cards occasionally, the per-card cost can add up. Credits expire after a set period depending on your plan, and canceling automatic renewal requires sending an email to support rather than doing it directly in the app. After membership expires, you can still send cards on a pay-as-you-go basis, but leftover credits remain active only until the membership end date.
